Where can I buy a ticket?
You can buy tickets online at www.railbusinessdays.cz in the Tickets section or on-site at the ticket office. The price is CZK 150 including VAT for online pre-sale and CZK 180 including VAT when purchased on-site. Payment by card is possible both online and on-site. 
One-day tickets for business partners or guests can be arranged with the Organizer at info@viapromotion.cz.

How will I receive my ticket and how do I use it?
If purchased online, the ticket will be sent to your email. If purchased on-site, you will receive it at the ticket office. At the entrance, simply present the QR code (printed or on your mobile), and you will receive an ID wristband after scanning.

How long is the ticket valid?
Each ticket is valid for one day only and only for the selected day. Multi-day tickets are not available – if you wish to attend multiple days, you need to purchase a separate ticket for each day.

What does the ticket include?
The ticket grants access to the fair and publicly accessible exhibitions, including railway vehicles. It does not include the conference or the gala evening. A ticket is also required for outdoor exhibitions.

Can I return the ticket?
Unused tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

How much does a ticket cost and where can I buy it?
The price is CZK 1,900 excluding VAT. Tickets can be purchased online at www.railbusinessdays.cz in the Tickets section. Payment is possible by card or by invoice (for bulk purchases contact info@enigoo.cz).
Capacity is limited – if a ticket shows as unavailable in the app, it means capacity is full and tickets are no longer available.

What does the ticket include?
The ticket allows access to the fair for all days and to the conference. It does not include the gala evening.

How will I receive and use the ticket?
After payment, the ticket will be sent by email. Present the QR code (printed or on your mobile) at the entrance to receive a wristband or badge.

Are tickets personalized?
Yes, the holder’s name must be provided during purchase. For changes, contact the Organizer at info@viapromotion.cz.

Do I need to print it?
No, a QR code on your mobile is sufficient.

Can I pay after the invoice due date?
No, if the invoice is not paid on time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Is there a combined ticket for the fair + conference + gala evening?
No, there is no single ticket – each part requires a separate ticket.

Can I return the ticket?
No, tickets cannot be returned or refunded.

Do I need a separate ticket if I already have one for the fair or conference?
Yes, a separate ticket is required for the gala evening.

How do I get an exhibitor pass?
Exhibitor passes are sent electronically by the Organizer approximately 14 days before the event.

Do the passes need to be printed?
Yes, they must be printed and worn visibly throughout the event. Exhibitors print the passes themselves.

How many passes are included in the booth price?
The number of passes depends on the booth size – generally, 1 pass per 4 m² of exhibition space.

How much does an additional pass cost?
Each additional pass beyond the allocated exhibition space costs CZK 450 excluding VAT.

What if I lose my pass?
Contact the Information Service at Hall 1, where a duplicate can be issued (a fee may apply).

What is the difference compared to a public ticket?
The exhibitor pass allows entry from the day before the exhibition handover, one hour before the official opening, and for the entire event according to the schedule. It does not include the conference or gala evening.

Can I return the exhibitor pass?
No, exhibitor passes cannot be returned or refunded.
